IT Support Technician

Blue Harbor Technologies is hiring an IT Support Technician in Bethesda Maryland. This role provides first level technical assistance to internal employees, including troubleshooting computer issues, setting up new workstations, managing user accounts, and assisting with basic network connectivity problems. The position is well suited for individuals who enjoy solving technical problems and want to grow within an IT environment. Training and documentation will be provided.
